Yo creo que simplemente se limita a no ocultar complejidades inherentes
a los Sistemas Operativos. De esta manera tienes un nivel de complejidad
permanente para casi todo, pero no hay una diferencia abismal entre las
tareas que tienen asistente y las que no.

Como informático prefiero la realidad a Matrix, aunque si hubiese un
Matrix del mundo jurídico, por ejemplo, lo usaría con gusto (porque no
hay dios que les entienda a estos tampoco, eh!).
