Joer, tío, ¿no tiene por qué usar tu misma configuración local, o sí?
Creo de deberías configurar en tu cliente de correo que autodetecte el
formato de codificación empleado y que muestre el mensaje en el formato
detectado. Si no, nunca pasaremos a UTF-8, que es hacia donde parece que
van los tiros :-?
