Hola,

para linux tienes programas como el Eagle (dicen que está bien, incluso se
usa en Windows) lo q ya no se es si es libre...
luego del estilo del Orcad y Pspice no me suena que haya ninguno, aunque
podría ser.
De todos modos mira aqui:

te viene una larga lista para sustituir el workbench, aunque no conozco
ninguno, de todos modos yo probaria el eagle, q es mas conocido, al menos se
que sirve para diseñar placas PCB...

Si consigues alguno del estilo orcad o asi avisa q es muy interesante ;)
