[eside-ghost] Tildes en un DTD

Hola Bardok y ghosteros en general!

  No se a que te refieres exactamente, pero para
cambiar la codificacion de un documento XML:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-15"?>

  Esto vale para cualquier documento XML, incluyendo
DTDs que tb son XML. Imagino que ya sabrias todo lo
escrito en este mail, pero porsia :).
