[eside-ghost] Publicar programa en Python bajo licencia GPL

Justo al final de la GPL pone como aplicarse. Tienes que tener un texto que
ponga:

    <one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
    Copyright (C) <year>  <name of author>

y al principio de cada fichero de código fuente tienes que tener por lo
menos la linea del copiright y una indicación de donde encontrar la nota
completa. Algo así como:

    Copyright (C) <year>  <name of author>
    See GPL_note.txt
